New embedded HTML test

Everyone,

Its seems I have missed the embedded HTML test in the test suite. I am now
currently adding it into every category and should have it done before the
Christmas break. Currently allowed characters,translate and  localisation
note are done. I will  be adding in the rest of the tests tomorrow.
