mobileOK Checker v1.0 release - tag v1-0 created

Hi,

The mobileOK Checker JAR file was already flagged as v1.0 but there was 
no easy way to link the jar to a precise version of the source code, so 
I created a "v1-0" tag in CVS:
  http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2007/mobileok-ref/?only_with_tag=v1-0

I guess this means we now have an official version 1.0 of the mobileOK 
Checker Java library :-)

Version 1.0 implements all the tests in the specification, and does not 
contain any known blocking bug. One minor bug remains on "extreme" pages 
that cannot be tidied properly. The documentation is still out of date. 
I will try to update it in a near future.
