Locating document tidiness?

Hi all,
In the new format for results, you guys requested that we include
information regarding the "tidiness" of the document. Where can we find this
information in the code/in the moki document? Also, just to make sure, what
is the latest on the format of the moki document? Has anyone made any
changes/have changes in the works that haven't been updated yet?
