Re: Some draft code for mobileOK Basic Tests RI

Ah, we are blessed with several implementations then. I don't want to
duplicate work, but, also think we need one official W3C reference
implementation, and also think there's no reason for anyone else to
stop working on other implementations. I hope we can all have a hand
in the reference implementation so that these implementations come up
with similar answers!

Sounds like we still have several points to discuss about the nature
of the library itself. Once that is settled there are many test
implementations to complete so I'm sure we'll be busy with that.
