I have committed test cases for tests PAGE_TITLE, POP_UPS, and
PROVIDE_DEFAULTS
There is an issue with the PROVIDE_DEFAULTS test which can be seen in
test cases 4 & 6. In each case the correct result (FAIL) is reported,
but it is reported multiple times.
