But not the current implementation, the mobileOK basic (latest Editor Draft) doc is (should be?) the reference. If its lowercase/uppercase, uses _/- as spacer - I don't mind - the mobileOK basic doc should define it. To demonstrate how this changes the XSLT, I adapt one simple test [1] to the latest Editor Draft. Maybe we should put this point to the agenda for the F2F.
