For me it is important to keep the IDs synced and consistent.
But not the current implementation, the mobileOK basic (latest Editor  
Draft) doc is (should be?) the reference.
If its lowercase/uppercase, uses _/- as spacer - I don't mind - the  
mobileOK basic doc should define it.

To demonstrate how this changes the XSLT, I adapt one simple test [1]  
to the latest Editor Draft.
Maybe we should put this point to the agenda for the F2F.
