VoiceOver reads the serial# inside BDI tag as a distinct heading.
When using heading navigation with VoiceOver on an iPhone (iOS 18.4V) the
serial# in the BDI is read as a distinct heading followed by the content of
the h-tag as another heading.
Reconsider need to use BDI tag for the serial#.
