[wcag2mobile-22]: Expand / Collapse functionality broken for Button- WCAG2ICT: Applying SCX Y Z to Non-Web Documents and Software

Upon checking SCs from 1.1.1 to 1.2.5,it appears the functionality for
Button- WCAG2ICT: Applying SCX Y Z  to Non-Web Documents and Software is
not working as expected.
The content beginning with  " This applies directly as written, and as
described in ..." for these SCs is read regardless of whether the button is
expanded or collapsed.
There is no problem in using expand / collapse feature as long as it works
as expected.
Related issue: Instead of using quoted-text consider using a role with
region for the expanded content. The region can be named using aria-label /
labelledby and one can use aria-controls too.
It is also difficult to identify which content has been added now - in the
absence of a suitable heading etc.
