Am I right in thinking this is an issue that would crop up mainly for *native* applications on mobile/desktop? Because I'm not currently aware of any web (HTML/CSS/JS) method in which an author can override AT, with exception of bunging role="application" on things in the case of desktop browsers/AT. And on that note, do we want to provide an example/expand the wording to explicitly ALSO include this scenario (authors adding role="application", which suppresses standard AT behavior like reading keys etc) here (I think we should)?
