Hi Patrick ...

 I think Janina would like to have a completely separate hardware output
for that AT track , and sent the main volume out to another physical output
to a TV/sound system etc... So she can navigate VO with headset in the iOS
while her guests enjoy the movie without all the unwelcome VO commentary
for instance an HDMI cord into the TV for movie track only and the
headphone jack for VO+movie
