RE: let's bump to 10mm from 9mm

What if we cued off of another size that could be determined in the content (eg. 3 times the height of capital letters in the default text)?

55px would give you approximately 9mm on an iPhone5c, 10mm on a Nexus 5,
just under 10mm on the Nexus 10, 11mm on the iPad
