RE: Proposed new Success Criteria

Hi David,

On the subject of perpetual loading controls (especially those including links or other keyboard focusable elements )... I'm wondering about keyboard navigation to items after the perpetually loading control. Maybe there should be a skip-over mechanism?

Cheers,
Jan

Subject: Proposed new Success Criteria

I would like to suggest a new Success Criteria to deal with perpetual load applications.

"Pages that can be scrolled using a system gesture can be scrolled using the corresponding screen reader scroll gesture"

I think this type of formulation may be useful in other instances also:

IF
a gesture does x
THEN
system screen reader corresponding gesture also can do X
