Proposed new Success Criteria

I would like to suggest a new Success Criteria to deal with perpetual load
applications.

"Pages that can be scrolled using a system gesture can be scrolled using
the corresponding screen reader scroll gesture"

I think this type of formulation may be useful in other instances also:

IF
a gesture does x
THEN
system screen reader corresponding gesture also can do X
