Discussion:  WCAG working group would like to hear from the MATF what they think about this technique (https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/Creating_a_conforming_alternate_version_for_a_responsive_web_page_designed_with_progressive_enhancement) and whether it poses particular problems in the mobile space.
