Important information for Rome MultilingualWeb workshop participants and poster presenters

Hi all,

here is important information for the MultilingualWeb workshop starting 
tomorrow.

1) Security
As said before, a security check is needed for getting into the FAO 
building. It might take up to 20 minutes to be settled, so please be 
sure to take enough time.

2) ID card
An identiy card is required to get into the building, please bring one.

3) For the participants in the lunchtime poster sessions (MLW-LT posters 
and general posters): please leave the last session *before lunch* on 
each day 15 min before the end of the session, that is leave 12:00 
sharp. That will give you enough time to get food and to get ready for 
the poster session. For general posters this is not 100% necessary, but 
for the demo people, to be in time.

4) Demo + Poster session setup
We have set up today the poster and demo area. You will find the names 
of your companies. There are two "sub areas": one for demos, one for 
general posters. Please set up the posters if possible before the 
conference starts, that is before 9:00 a.m., or in the 1st coffee break 
(10:15).
