Information on photos for Rome workshop

[The following message is for attendees at the upcoming Rome workshop. Others can ignore this mail. Apologies for cross-posting for those who get multiple copies.]

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for your registration to attend the Multilingual Web Workshop (March 12–13). The Workshop will be held at FAO headquarters in Rome. Due to security requirements mandated by FAO, all attendees will need to have an identification badge with a photograph printed on it.

Therefore we kindly request that you send a digital photograph of yourself in JPEG format that meets the following requirements:
white background;
passport-style image of your face and head;
190 pixels (width) x 248  pixels (height);
maximum file size: 100 kb.
This photograph should be sent to Claudia Nicolai (Claudia.Nicolai@fao.org) and Anna Radyul (Anna.Radyul@fao.org).

Please use your full name as the title of the photo attachment.

We apologize for any inconvenience this requirement may cause you, but please do take the time to submit the photograph since FAO security may turn away attendees who have not submitted a photograph. Also, since we are likely to be overbooked, we advise you to be very serious with your registration procedure.

If you are no longer planning on attending the Workshop, please send an email to Nieves Sande (nieves.sande@dfki.de) so that we can release your spot to another attendee, since we anticipate that we will run out of attendance slots at the Workshop in the next few weeks.

Best regards,
Anna
