MiniApp components discussion slides (23 Jun meeting)

Dear,

As promised, I'm sharing the slides I presented during the CG meeting, yesterday [1]. These slides collect some of the challenges we face and some approaches we can follow. Content is not exhaustive, but it could serve to get some feedback from the MiniApp vendors. The slides also include some links to other existing specifications that could serve as references.

As discussed yesterday and in this open issue [2], the ideal solution (for compatibility with the current web platform) would be a full alignment with the current standards (i.e., DOM/HTML support) and components based on Web Components, but this might imply some changes in the existing miniapp implementations. So, please share your thoughts to have a full picture of the challenges and we can reach a consensus. If anyone is interested, we also can schedule an ad-hoc meeting to discuss this in detail.

All the best,

Martin
