unsure if these got missed or not;

should be

[23] char ::= s | ([#x0-#x10FFFF] - forbiddenCodePoint)

and

[26] controlCodePoint ::= [#x0-#1F] | [#x7F-#x9F]

should be

[26] controlCodePoint ::= [#x0-#x1F] | [#x7F-#x9F]
