Surely you don't mean that users who need to express element identity
or language identification should not use MicroXML.

So you must mean that users with those needs should not be allowed to
use the same syntax in MicroXML that is used in XML.

But why, exactly, given that the xml: prefix (unlike all others) doesn't
get you in trouble with the XML Namespace model?
