"support internationalization" sounds strange to me: internationalization is what you do to computer software to make it support multiple languages, cultures. Also supporting Unicode is part of internationalization. How about MicroXML shall support the needs of different languages, scripts, and cultures; in particular, it shall support Unicode. ?
