METAVERSE INTEROPERABILITY COMMUNITY GROUP

Hello,

I am interested in joining the group to discuss accessibility in the metaverse. I previously have been involved with web accessibility so I know some of the basic principles. I see the metaverse as the next generation of the internet and am heavily involved with world builders. I am part of an agency that represents a number of world builders and seek guidance and advice as how best we ensure the worlds we build are accessible.

I also have ideas on using AI within the metaverse to aid accessibility that I would like to discuss. I must confess I am a little confused as to whether I need to be a W3c member first in order to join the community, or if not how I do join. Your advice on this matter would be gratefully appreciated.
