Minutes from Media WG meeting 14 Jun 2022

Summary:

* We discussed whether MediaSourceHandle should be Serializable or Transferable: https://github.com/w3c/media-source/pull/306

* We discussed the scope of Media Session in relation to WebRTC Capture Handle Actions. Please continue discussion in https://github.com/w3c/mediasession/issues 274-281

* We discussed TPAC meeting plans, where we have Friday afternoon allocated for a Media WG meeting, plus joint meetings with Timed Text Working Group and WebRTC Working Group, and on DataCue with Media & Entertainment Interest Group. I'll update our planning issue in GitHub with details https://github.com/w3c/media-wg/issues/35. Please reply in GitHub to suggest particular items that would benefit from in-person discussion.

The next Media WG meeting will be on 12 July at 21:00 UTC / 14:00 PDT.
