Indeed. Silvia was the first to receive this email early in July. I have 
also received it at the end of July, so obviously, they try one per one 
all authors of the spec. As Silvia said, we discussed it last month and 
Philippe concluded that W3C being not involved, there is nothing we can 
do. The case should unfold itself in court first.
