Not a Browser API surface - they are all in JavaScript. You won't find a browser API documentation that includes an explanation of SDP. Metadata in image and media files is also not regarded as a browser API surface nor is any other content of other file formats. That doesn't mean that developers can ignore such data, but it is certainly not browser native and a pain to deal with in Web apps.
