As I understand it, if you have two microphones, you can grant one-off access to either and the other one will not be available to the site. However, if you grant a persistent permission, the site can access either camera without a dialog. I'm not sure that this is a great outcome, but the alternative is far more complicated and it's not clear that it would be any better.
