Do we need to define the origin of the MediaStream at all? Just asking. There may be a good reason, but it seems simpler to me to let cross-origin constraints apply to each Track separately. I think that would (perhaps should) be OK. As long as you remember that any track that contributes to the output also contributes to the origin. That could mean multiple origins contributing, with the track at the lowest level of access determining the access that the site gets. That only happens when tracks are mixed for output: audio mostly.
