In general, I think we should define the spec to cover use cases we know 
about and can understand how to specify. If we try to include use cases 
that we think other people might have, we're likely to get them wrong.

I'm happy for us to add Blob when someone who thinks he understands the 
use case for adding a Blob volunteers for reviewing the text; until 
then, I'm happy to just have MediaStream with a note saying that the 
specification may be extended to other types in the future.
