No. Prefixing APIs in final browser builds is damaging to the concept of 
an open, ubiquitous web and leads to developers creating web experiences 
that target individual UAs. This practice affect vendors, developers and 
users and increasingly locks the web in silos.

Either an API is mature enough for release or it's not. CSS vendor 
prefixes is a lesson learned. We don't want to see a repeat of this 
practice.
