As requested, I've picked one day before the IETF meeting and a few 
different days after the dates cited for Easter and Passover.

I added times "inconvenient in the US", "inconvenient in Asia" and 
"inconvenient in Europe" to the poll; we'll see where people want to 
take this.

If anyone sees a real problem with the options presented, holler!
