question on 22 Dec getUserMedia API draft

Question on 22 Dec getUserMedia API draft, http://dev.w3.org/2011/webrtc/editor/getusermedia.html

In Step 10 in 2.1.1.1, the spec states: "If the user never responds, this algorithm stalls on this step."

Presumably this will cause some memory to be used to hold the local representation until it is cleaned up when the browser window is closed.

a potential issue, or any note required?
