Next telco Media Capture TF

Hi!

The chairs are planning for a new Telco, and have set up a Doodle poll:

As usual, expect the telco to be for 1h30m. Please indicate your 
availability. The poll will close in a week (Aug 15). The plan is to 
also organize a Telco for the Webrtc WG in the same time frame, and that 
will be kept in mind when picking date and time (so that we don't end up 
having two telcos the same day for example).
