@foolip the proposal was to ignore the wall clock timestamps in the multiplexed container creation, and use an artificial monotonic source of a certain, user-defined, speed. Nothing about limit frame rate. I think the consensus is more about having a `scale` Options dictionary entry which would serve all cases, correct?
