The counter for getUserMedia in an iframe is here: https://www.chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/1145 When we previously discussed this, the sentiment was "usage (of feature without a sandbox flag) is low enough, but if we want to kill it, we'd better kill it fast". I still think that's a good idea.
