Re: Cablelabs 1. 1 example not RDF valid

here is the error I get when following Thierry's last link below:

  An attempt to load the RDF from URI 'http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo
  /Annotations/drafts/metadata_formats/CL_ADI_1_1-to-w3cMediaOnt.rdf'
  failed. (Undecodable data when reading URI at byte 8192 using
  encoding 'ISO-8859-1'. Please check encoding and encoding declaration
  of your document.)

What is strange, though, is that downloading the file and checking its
encoding, it seems to me that it is indeed ISO-8859-1 ...

And if I copy-paste the content of the file in the validator, it gives
no error -- so this seems more like a problem with the validator
downloading the file...
