RE: datatype properties' range

This is the file with the changes on date to dateTime and string to literal, validated RL using the Manchester OWL-2 validator.

I had to manually remove a xsd:date declaration that Protégé 4.1 adds automatically although we are only using xsd:dateTime. Unless this comes from the comment, which is using dc:date.

Fine although that is regrettable in a sense.

In the EBU schemas we tend to clearly separate the date and time to avoid syntax mistakes when writing dates or times only.

Mentionning OWL-RL conformance...
I notice that we are using a deprecated datatype, namely xsd:date .

This datatype is not recognized by any OWL2 profile, and is not included
in XMLSchema 1.1 (which is the reference for OWL2).

I suggest that we move (back?) to xsd:datetime, for the sake of
conformance (because I think that yes, we care).
