LC Comment -2417: added the PLING example in section 5.1.4.1

I have added the PLING example in section 5.1.4.1, in the Ontology spec, 
to implement the LC Comment -2417.

This LC Comment -2417 is now closed.

But section 5.1.4 still says:

5.1.4 Examples for the Core Set of properties

Note:

@@TODO: add examples for all properties defined above@@VM: I THINK THIS 
SHOULD BE PART OF THE ABOVE TABLE, OTHERWISE PEOPLE WON'T SEE IT, AND 
IT'S HARD TO MAKE THE CONNECTION ON A GRAPHICAL POINT OF VIEW

We should remove this. Are there other Core Set of properties examples 
we plan to add?
