Dear all, You might be aware of the W3C Provenance Incubator Group (XG) chartered to provide a state-of-the art understanding and to develop a roadmap in the area of provenance for Semantic Web technologies. Last Friday, I presented to the XG a use case for provenance in Multimedia annotations. You can see the slides at http://www.slideshare.net/troncy/provenance-for-multimedia and the minutes of the telecon at [1]. The XG has released last month its first document: User Requirements: http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/prov/wiki/User_Requirements There is obvious connexions between this document and what the Media Annotations WG is trying to achieve. Yolanda Gil, the chair of the Provenance XG has kindly proposed to present the state of the group to the Media Annotations WG. Daniel, Joakim, do you think it is possible to reserve one of the upcoming telecon for such a presentation? Yolanda will be off between June 18 and July 15. @Yolanda, the Media Annotations WG telecon are every Tuesday, at 13:00 CET. Best regards.
