Chairs need to make a schedule for upcoming our f2f on September. 
At the previous f2f, Sep 1-3 (3 days) was roughly selected. Herein, we need to finalize it.


Proposed date: September 6-8 (3days) in Sophia-Antipolis


Are you ok for that proposed date for our next f2f ?
