WebIDL Specification translated

Dear all,

my student has made the translation of our WebIDL specification into  
Java classes by the use of es-idl.

The following (syntactic) corrections had to be performed for  
automatic conversion:

* inserted a qualified name
* Date changed to MaDate (collision with a HTML5 reserverd datatype  
perhaps?)
* Float must be typed float

 From my point of view, we have to reflect these changes into the API  
doc. I have attached the modified WebIDL file.
