We must freeze a F2F date ASAP.
The W3C process says it should be done 8 weeks in advance to allow 
participants to organize.

As there is no telecon next week, we should finalize this date by email.

I encourage the WG members to voice ASAP if this new slot Mar 3-4 is OK.
