XMP new mappings

Hi all,

after some discussions with Michael offline, there is now a new, slightly
different version of the mappings - still at
http://fabday.fh-potsdam.de/~sasaki/mawg/xmp.html
updates are some clear bugs like "ma:contributor > dc:creator", and some
clarifications like for dc:creator
"dc:creator property in the Dublin Core schema. In XMP, the tiff:Artist
property from the EXIFF schema for TIFF properties is stored as the first
item in dc:creator."

@ Thierry: Could you add this to the document?
