The current plan is to hold Group meetings on Monday 1, Tuesday 2, Thursday 4, and Friday 5 November. The Technical Plenary Day would be held all day Wednesday 3 November. We should reserve meeting days (Monday 1 and Tuesday 2) or (Thursday 4, and Friday 5). Once the MAWG agrees on meeting dates, chairs should fill the the questionnaire is open for answers until 23:59, Boston time on 2010-04-16.
