The Working Group has improved this document with updates.
This document is now ready for publication.

In order to publish this document on TR space, we MUST have approval 
from the Media Annotations WG.

The document is available at

The goal is to publish this document early April, before our F2F in 
Barcelona.

The date of publication will be changed accordingly in the document.
