David, If you think the questions overlap, and it is a serious issue for you, please answer only the question you think is appropriate. About the formats you are mentionning, please consider that itune and QT formats were not initially included in the mapping table and were added lately. You may want to add a comment in the comment field to mention your preference for these formats you care about. Thierry.
