The Patent Policy anticipates that the document will evolve during the  
90
days following the first publication.  Per section 4.1 of the Patent
Policy [1], whatever draft is available on 19 April 2009 establishes the
reference material [3] for the purposes of this exclusion opportunity.
Just after 19 April 2009, we will send a reminder and identify the
reference draft. Due to the anticipated instability of the document  
prior
to 19 April 2009, Participants may wish to exclude any claims only after
publication of the reference draft (and no later than the end of the
exclusion opportunity).

Per section 4.2 of the Patent Policy [2], a Participant may resign from
the Working Group before 19 April 2009 and be excused from all licensing
commitments arising out of Working Group participation.
