AW: mapping table 2.0

Dear Joakim,

thanks for the update of the mapping table. 

For the SMPTE RP210 mapping, the designator, item identifier and element describe the same thing, so the three should be on one sheet. The DMS-1 sets and frameworks put the SMPTE elements into context, so either put SMPTE RP210 and DMS-1 on one sheet, or repeat the SMPTE element name on the DMS-1 sheet (together with DMS-1 set and framework).
