Concerning to toy implementation

Dear all,

 

For encouraging toy implementation, 

I guess we need to share the resources of various metadata format like test data set, appropriate library, test procedure, etc.

These resources could be helpful to our members when they want to start some part of implementation.

So now I suggest to add new wiki page for implementation issue.
