ACTION-20 "link to XG pages"

Hi all, Raphael especially,

I had an action to add a link to the XG pages, see top of
http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/
("Vocabularies Tools/Resources) and check if they can be easily be
edited by non XG participants. Unfortunately that's not possible. Should
we put the content in our wiki? I'll wait until Raphael is back.
