While not a Lawyer, I would think what you provided covers any such concern.  Personally, I would never see the results of our work as offering legal advice, and possibly (unfortunately?) not even a suggestion of best practice.  I hold out hope that this effort will bring enough parties together to achieve working standards of the definitions, which ultimately could simplify negotiations, but would never offer legal advice.

A supplier of market data has enquired how we ensure that the readers of our license translations don't assume that we're offering legal advice as to the meaning of the source license. I presently use the following rubric above each translation: "The interpretation presented below is a work in progress. It is presented solely as an exploration of automated rights management and is intended to provoke debate."
