Use and Test Cases

As a follow up to recent conversations in the working group, here are some initial examples of test cases to allow us to validate the extendibility of the ODRL vocabulary in current scenarios.

These are very generic scenarios and do not relate to specific vendors or user requests but offer a starting point for us to look at the language coverage.  There are 3 tests in each scenario, which vary from basic to difficult in terms of the complexity of the request.
